Oscillator Phase Noise Model

This program implements an oscillator phase noise model. Phase noise is a critical metric for evaluating the frequency stability quality of standard frequency sources (such as high-stability crystal oscillators and atomic frequency standards). As the performance of frequency sources continues to improve, the corresponding noise levels become increasingly smaller, demanding higher precision in phase noise spectral measurements.
