PID Auto-Tuning Program

PID auto-tuning program accepts inputs: num (numerator vector of the controlled object's transfer function), den (denominator vector of the controlled object's transfer function), time (simulation duration), interval (simulation time step). The program uses these parameters to simulate and analyze control system behavior for optimization.
