Baseband Simulation of OQPSK Modulation

This program implements baseband simulation of Offset Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (OQPSK) modulation and evaluates its bit error rate performance under additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel conditions through MATLAB-based signal processing.
