Following the principle of sharing valuable resources, we are releasing a complete commercial-ready MATLAB license plate recognition system developed internationally. This implementation includes robust image processing algorithms and pattern recognition techniques. Note that the codebase contains English documentation - language comprehension is the user's responsibility. Two additional related resources will be published subsequently.
