In this experiment, we will explore and implement a complete Simulink model for understanding and applying bandpass sampling. Bandpass sampling is a signal processing technique used to select specific frequency ranges from a signal. Using Simulink, we can simulate and analyze signal behavior under bandpass sampling conditions. The model implementation includes configuring input signal parameters such as frequency and amplitude, setting bandpass filter characteristics (including center frequency and bandwidth parameters), and observing output signal variations through scope blocks and spectrum analyzers. This approach helps us better understand the principles and applications of signal processing. Through this experimental setup, we can deeply investigate bandpass sampling concepts and apply them to practical engineering problems, with particular focus on how the sampling rate selection affects alias prevention in bandpass scenarios. The model demonstrates key implementation aspects including anti-aliasing filter design, sample rate optimization, and frequency domain analysis techniques relevant to modern communication systems.
