This graduation project conducts detailed simulation research on communication principles experiments using MATLAB's Simulink modeling and simulation tool. As the first part of a series, we implemented simulations of analog signal linear modulation/demodulation processes (AM, DSB, SSB), scrambling and descrambling experiments, and low-pass signal sampling theorem verification, while further exploring the principles and applications of these experiments. The implementation utilizes Simulink's library blocks including signal sources, modulators, filters, and scopes to construct complete communication system models. In the paper, we thoroughly introduce MATLAB fundamentals and Simulink operation methodologies, demonstrating their application in communication systems with specific block configurations and parameter settings. Through this design, we conducted in-depth research and exploration on constructing a virtual laboratory for communication principles, establishing an important foundation for further academic research by providing reusable simulation models and verification methodologies.
