This paper presents a comprehensive simulation of analog communication systems using Simulink, with detailed discussion on the principles and applications of angle modulation techniques, including Frequency Modulation (FM) and Phase Modulation (PM). Through systematic simulation experiments, we evaluated and compared the performance of different angle modulation techniques in communication systems. The simulation implementation utilizes Simulink's Communication Blockset, specifically employing the FM Modulator Passband and PM Modulator Passband blocks for signal generation, while using spectrum analyzers and BER calculators for performance assessment. Research results demonstrate that angle modulation techniques play a crucial role in enhancing system interference resistance and transmission efficiency. Furthermore, we conducted in-depth exploration of practical applications of angle modulation in real-world communication systems, including implementations in wireless communication, satellite communication, and optical fiber communication systems. The study incorporates MATLAB scripting for parameter automation and batch simulation processing using sim() function calls. This research provides valuable references and guidance for further optimization and improvement of communication system designs, offering practical code implementation examples for system developers.
