Detailed Documentation
MIMO system capacity simulation represents a critically important research domain in wireless communications. Through systematic simulation, we can gain profound insights into the performance characteristics and capacity limits of MIMO systems. This simulation project comprises two integrated components. The first component involves simulation code development, where we implement MATLAB or Python scripts featuring key algorithms such as channel matrix generation, singular value decomposition (SVD) for capacity calculation, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) sweep simulations. The code includes functions for generating random channel matrices based on Rayleigh or Rician fading models and computes capacity using the Shannon formula adapted for MIMO systems. The second component consists of comprehensive documentation that elaborates on the simulation methodology, parameter configurations, and analytical results, enabling fellow researchers to thoroughly understand and reproduce our experimental findings. Through this complete simulation framework, we achieve a comprehensive understanding of MIMO system properties, providing valuable references for future research and practical applications in wireless communication systems.
