Functional simulation of MIMO-OFDM systems implementing fundamental communication functionality with MATLAB-based implementation approach
Detailed Documentation
In this document, we will conduct a functional simulation of MIMO-OFDM systems to implement basic communication capabilities. Specifically, we will perform simulation experiments using MIMO-OFDM technology for multi-antenna communication systems to evaluate their performance in wireless communications. The simulation will involve implementing key algorithms including OFDM modulation/demodulation using FFT/IFFT operations, MIMO channel modeling with spatial multiplexing techniques, and signal processing chains with error correction coding. Through this simulation experiment, we can better understand the advantages and application scenarios of MIMO-OFDM technology, providing more references and guidance for future communication work. In summary, by simulating the functionality of MIMO-OFDM systems, we can conduct in-depth research and understanding of this communication technology, contributing more to the development of the communication field through practical implementation and performance analysis. The simulation framework will include channel estimation algorithms, equalization techniques, and performance metrics calculation such as BER (Bit Error Rate) and throughput analysis under various channel conditions.
