In OFDMA systems, to satisfy proportional fairness constraints, we propose a resource allocation scheme based on MIMO-OFDMA technology. This approach effectively utilizes system resources and enhances overall system performance. Specifically, by employing MIMO technology, we enable simultaneous transmission of multiple data streams on each subcarrier, thereby increasing the system's transmission capacity. The implementation typically involves optimization algorithms that allocate subcarriers and power distribution while maintaining proportional fairness among users.
