Multipath Channel Simulation for MIMO Systems

Resource Overview

MIMO multipath channel simulation program with transmitter and receiver correlation computation, conforming to non-physical MIMO channel models with practical code implementation

Detailed Documentation

Under the non-physical modeling approach, we will design a multipath channel simulation program incorporating correlation calculation functionality between transmitter and receiver ends to meet MIMO channel requirements. The implementation involves creating channel coefficient matrices through Rayleigh fading models and computing spatial correlation using Kronecker product operations. This program will facilitate better understanding and research of MIMO system working principles and performance characteristics through configurable parameters like number of antennas, delay profiles, and Doppler effects. The simulation architecture includes path loss modeling, delay spread implementation, and correlation matrix generation for both transmitting and receiving antenna arrays.
