In this thesis project, I designed a comprehensive image fusion program implementing multiple algorithms such as IHS (Intensity-Hue-Saturation), PCA (Principal Component Analysis), Laplacian Pyramid decomposition, PCNN (Pulse-Coupled Neural Networks), and Wavelet Transform techniques. The implementation includes proper parameter initialization, algorithm-specific optimization routines, and robust error handling mechanisms. I conducted extensive testing with various image datasets and performed thorough debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
