Based on the user-provided code, I conducted HHT analysis of voltage flicker phenomena in power systems. By implementing Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) with visualization of decomposition diagrams, I successfully applied the Hilbert-Huang Transform (HHT) for power system stability analysis. The methodology effectively extracts intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) from voltage signals using the sifting process, followed by Hilbert spectral analysis to characterize time-frequency properties of voltage fluctuations.
